PRICING

The whole ladder. In public.

Three things to buy, every price listed: a $499 roadmap credited to any build, fixed-price builds from $7,500 (single workflows from $3,500), and an optional Care Plan at $250–500 a month. You see the full number before you pay anything.

COMPARE THE TIERS

Three tiers. One table, nothing hidden.

What you get at each step of the ladder, line by line. The roadmap comes off the build price, and the Care Plan only exists if you want it.

WHAT MOVES THE PRICE

Three things: tools, exceptions, judgment.

Every quote comes from the same three questions. No hourly meter, no surprise line items.

  1. Single workflow From $3,500

One automation, two or three tools, few exceptions.

    • tools: a little
    • exceptions: a little

    • exceptions: some

  3. Multi-workflow quoted in writing

Two or more full builds sharing one hub and one set of docs.

One you pay forever. One you own.

The honest comparison most agencies won’t show you — because they’d rather rent you software than build you an asset.

HOW IT WORKS

Quoted at step two. Fixed from then on.

The price is agreed in writing before the build starts and doesn’t move unless you change the spec.

We sit with your team, map how work actually moves through your business, and find where the hours leak out.

  2. 02

    Blueprint

    Week 1–2

You get a ranked plan: what to automate first, what it returns, what it costs — and what isn’t worth building. Yours to keep, even if you walk.

  3. 03

Fixed price, agreed in writing before we start. Built and tested on your real data before anything touches your customers.

Full documentation, a training session for your team, and 30 days of tuning included. Then it’s yours — no dependency on us.

OBJECTIONS, ANSWERED

What owners ask about the money.

Because the risk should sit with the people who know how long it takes. A fixed price in writing means we scope carefully, you know the whole number before you pay anything, and if the delivered system doesn’t match the spec we keep working until it does.

Yes — single-workflow builds (one automation, two or three tools) start at $3,500. Many owners start there, see the payback, and add the next workflow later.

Your own tool subscriptions — typically $40–180 a month across the automation and AI platforms, paid by you directly — and the optional Care Plan. There is no retainer.

Monitoring, tuning and small improvements for what we built, $250–500 a month, month to month. Most clients don’t need it: the systems are documented and yours. It’s for owners who want someone watching.

If you build with us it’s credited in full. If you don’t, you keep a ranked plan with a fixed price attached, written so any competent builder can work from it. The only way to waste it is to not read it.

Sometimes it isn’t — and if a $30/month Zap solves your problem, we’ll say so in the audit and you’ll spend $499 to save $7,500. We’re for the work that breaks simple Zaps: multi-step, exception-heavy, customer-facing processes that have to be right.

READY WHEN YOU ARE
